My Story
I'm Nick, with 30 years on earth, and eternity ahead of me trying to figure out how Nicolas Cage works.

My grandfather was a creative in NZ back in the '50s & '60s, working on Air New Zealand and Cadbury, among others. He used to take me through his work when I was a kidlet and talk about the idea behind the picture. He liked to critically analyse the ads on TV, and naturally, "they did it better back then."
At the time I thought it was pretty weird, but now it's a special memory that I treasure deeply. I don't know if it's why I gravitated towards this career - but I do know it meant that advertising was on my brain from a very young age.

I spent a few years in strategy, PR & client service; notably heading up the PR response to the Strawberry Needle crisis on behalf of the QLD growers & banning hipsters from a pub in Waterloo that made national news and inspired an SBS mockumentary.

Won metal in my first year as a creative and have had work on display at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C.
I am motivated by doing good work that works, and that is all.

Feel free to check out my stuff and whom I've teamed up with - I've got a lot of work about to come out which I'll get on here soon.

Cheers!
